Log about Alex's experiments with microcontrollers. Some nice embedded micro projects here Programmable LED, Synchronizing Fireflies, (Elektor), 64 pixel led display with animations.
Tinkerlog of Alex - Embedded ExperimentsFaster prototyping. Easy to build, even for beginners. Comes with a 3 AA cell battery holder. Uses ATtiny2313V-10PU microcontroller.
Tiny2313 Proto Board
"This Tiny2313 Proto Board is for all these one-off projects and prototypes. You want it more permanent than on a breadboard but don’t want make a custom PCB for it. The board comes with 10 components only and is really easy to solder."
Programmable LED How To
This is a tiny blinking device. The blinking sequence can be reprogrammed with the use of a flash light. It detects changes in lighting and records these changes and finally plays them back.
